Welcome to Body-Improvements West.

Don’t let the size fool you.  This facility packs the optimal assortment of tools to get just about any goal accomplished pertaining to your performance, health, or physique goals.  We receive a lot of inquiries from folks who are genuinely interested in what goes on here.  Most of the interest stems from the fact that we’re so unique compared to what you’ll find at your typical gym in the area.

We’re not interested in catering to the masses by offering redundant exercise machines, open memberships, flashy products, low-grade personal trainers, magical sounding classes, and a spa.  This isn’t a numbers game to us and it’s not about seeing how high we can get our average revenue per client.

Rather, we’re in the business of working intimately with you, opposed to for you, our clients.  We strive to understand exactly what you’d like to accomplish, why you’d like to accomplish it, and what potential hurdles stand in your way.  From there, it’s a matter of creating a personalized and evidenced-based route toward your goals.

Hi! I’m looking for a personal trainer that can guide me on my journey of weight loss. I need to lose about 85 pounds ( possibly a little more. ) I need help with nutrition and what I should be eating as well because one of the biggest challenges for me is figuring out what I should be eating to assist me in losing weight. After having my first son, I never lost all of the weight and I just had my second son 2 months ago so now I have double the weight to lose. I really am looking to find a trainer that I can work with THATS more on a personal level opposed to one that’s in a big gym with hundreds of clients and I’m just another number. I really need support and motivation which is why I need a more personal relationship with my trainer.

Thanks very much for your interest. I regret to inform you that my current book for in-person training is booked. I have slots available for web-based coaching but I’m guessing that’s not something you’d consider. It’s certainly not for everyone.
